eluded to deposit 25 per cent of the purchase money.and to pay up the balance within a fortnight from the day of sale ; failing which the trees will be re-sold at the risk of the defaulting purchaser the deposit amount being forfeited to Government. [...] Purchasers will be pat in possession of the trees as sdol as the sale is confirmed by the Deputy commissioner and they will be required to cut down and remove the trees within two months from that tie and in ease of default the trees will become the property of Government and will be re-sold.330 THE MYSORE GAZETTE MAY 1 1880. [...] VI.—Interest will be allowed for each calendar month upon the minimum balance of the account between the close of the fourth day and the end of the month. [...] After the date of such notice no deposit shall be accepted-on the account so closed and no interest shall be allowed upon the balance of the closed account after the end of the calendar month then current. [...] W. J. Cuningham received charge of the office of Secretary to the Chief Commissioner of Mysore in the Revenue Department on the aftenoon of the 16th April 1880.
