—The prisoner having been convicted of disgraceful conduct will in accordance with the provisions of the 157th Article of War be dismissed the service with ignominy and be made over with the prescribed warrant of commitment to the Officer in charge of the nearest jail for the purpose of undergoing the sentence awarded.
