The attention of Candidates is called to the follawhlg rules :- (1.)—No Candidate will be allowed to quit the Examination Room on any day until the expiration of half an hour from the time fixed for the commencement of the Examination and Candidates arriving after the expiration of that half hour will not be admitted. The person whose tender is provisionally accepted by the Deputy Commissioner will be required to deposit at once a sum equal to one-sixth of the amount of the tender plus local cess and on the cofirmation of the tender to pay the remaining amount with local cess by 20 equal monthly instalments to the Davangere Taluk Treasury on the 20th of every month commencing from 20th April 1880 the de [...] 25 will be levied at the discretion of the Superintendent of the Distriet Jail for any infringement of the stipulation of the contract or for the supply of any inferior articlt s and if frequently violated the contract may be annulled and the security confiscated to Goverment.
