1412 of the 17th February 1379 the Deputy Accountant General has the honor to request that Heads of Offices and Departments will be good enough to furnish this Office with lists in the form annexed of European officials under their control on the 1st May 1880. [...] The Deputy Accountant General has the honor to intimate the despatch this day of a copy of the Mysore Budget for the year 1880—81 and to request that Heads of Offices and Departments will be good enough to furnish him at an early date with a statement of the grants for ordinary contingent charges to be placed at the disposal of the officers under their control. [...] 199 The following changes will come into force from the 1st April next and will be embodied in the next edition of the Postal Guide and of the Postal Abstract which will be published during the month of April. [...] Sealed tenders in the form used in the Commissariat Department (blank forms whereof can be had on application at the Commissariat Office at Bangalore ) will be received up to 1 o'clock on the 14th day of May1SSO by the Executive Commissariat Officer at Bangalore for the supply by contract of the articles mentioned in the subjoined schedule. [...] Each tender must be accompanied by the deposit in Cash or Currency Notes or Government Prmissory Notes duly endorsed and made payable to the Executive Officer shewn in the schedule ; end in default of such deposit the tender will be rejected nor will any tender be received after the time fixed for the opening of tenders.
