Referring to Section 50 of the Regular Police Rules published in the Mysore Gazette of the 6th July 1878 page 454 Part II requiring the Police to submit a report to the Magistracy after investigation of all cognizable and well-founded cases but in which the Police fail to discover the perpetrators ; the Chief Commissioner directs attention to the fact that such report is not a final report bu [...] 9. At the end of the examination the papers of each candidate duly paged stitched together and signed by himself will be forwarded in sealed covers superscribed as such by the superintending Officer to the Surgeon to the Mysore Commission when steps will be taken in communication with the Head of the Educational Department to have the results valued for submission to the Chief Commissioner. [...] I— --do hereby covenant and agree to serve as a Native Medical Pupil under the Goverment of Mysore upon the terms and conditions applicable to the same class of public servants sering under the Madras Government as laid down in the Code of Medical Regulations for that service as to promotion and pay ; I further covenant and agree not to relinquish the service of the said Government of Mysore [...] 7. The sale shall be stayed if the defaulter or any person acting on his behalf or claiming an iterest in the property tenders the full amount of the arrears of revenue with the interest and other charges provided such tender be made befRe sanset on the day previous to that appointed for the sale. [...] 8..Purchasers having completed the payment of the purchase money will he placed in immediate possessio* and the village will be registered in the name of the purchaser and a certificate of sale signed and sealed by the Deputy Commissioner will lie granted to him.
