[...] [6th December 1950] BE it enacted by Parliament as follows :- 1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Ajmer Rural Boards and Municipalities (Amendment) Act 1950. [...] 2. Amendment of section 5 Regulation VI of 1886.—Clause (a) of the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Ajmere Rural Boards Regulation 1886 shall be omitted. [...] 3.
