The lower highlands include the slopes of the Sulaiman range on the east the Pab and Ktrthar ranges on the south and the ranges of Makran Kharan and Chagai on the west. [...] In the same year the Political Agent was withdrawn from Southern Baluchistan and Las Bela was placed under the Political Agent of Karat ; the Loralai District was formed by taking parts of the Zhob and the Thal-Chotiali Districts and the name of the latter was changed to Sibi.
