District Gazetteers of the United Provinces of Agra and Oudh Supplementary Notes and Statistics up to 1931-2 to Volume II(D) Saharanpur District

The figures have been revised in the light of the Census of 1931 and the happenings during the decennium 1921-1931. [...] The Saharanpur Loper Asylums used to got some grant from the Government through the Municipal Board and District Board Saharanpur but as the large number of the inmates of the Asylum wore from ouside the district the Government decided to discontinue the grant. [...] The scheme of general re-organization of the College received sanction of the Secretary of State for India in Council in 1922 and consequently the pay of the staff was revised and improved. [...] There was a dispute between the Ganga Sabha and the 'Hindu Malta Sabha on the one side and the officer in charge of the Mela on the other over the use of the officer's bridge in the middle of the Brahma-Kund.
