[...] In view of the success and the lowering of the cost of the goat-virus inoculation, it is expected to bring the Act into force in the near future. [...] He toured in all the divisions of the province, inspected 47 dispensaries, the more important slaughter houses, the offices of the divisional Assistant Directors of Veterinary Services, the village uplift work at Pipariya and the work of the Veterinary Investigation Officer. [...] 4. I took charge of the office of the Deputy Director of Veterinary Services from the forenoon of the 25th March 1935.
