As can be expected the treatment is not in the form of a commentary on the articles of the constitution and the arrangement of the book is' therefore not in the serial order of the articles_"4 Journal REVIEWS A. I. But the articles have been referred to and repro- duced in extenso in connection with the several tonics into which the subject has been divided by tiie Author. [...] The Code further provides that a sacramental or civil marriage will be voidable on the grounds that either party was impotent at the time of the marriage and continued to be so till the time of the presentation of the petition; that the husband keeps a concubine or the wife has become a con- cubine of some other person or has been leading the life of a prostitute that either party has been incurab [...] Under the Code it was provided that if a marriage is alleged to be voidable on the grounds that either party was a lunatic or idiot at the time of the marriage and continued to be so until the institution of the proceedings the petition for such dissolution shall not be entertained by the Court if it has been presented after the expiry of three years after the marriage in case of the marriage sole [...] The decisions and awards of the Special Labour Tribunals cannot be attributed the same force as the decisions of the High Courts and the Supreme Court as they are only ad hoc decisions and cannot be considered as laying down the law in the sense that the decisions of the High Courts and the Supreme Court lay down the law. [...] There is hardly any differ- ence between a Judge and an Advocate in matters of social utility in the contributions made by either class in the cause of administration of justice and in the ultimate decisions for it is un- deniable that every decision in a Court of law does bear the impress of the abilities and expe- riences of the Advocates appearing in the case as it bears that of the Judges them
