R. 23 A. 31 [...] The result as to the two appeals now contested was as follows : in the second appeal on the record namely that as to the village of Amhara the decree in favour of the plaintiffs was reversed and the suit dismissed ; in the third appeal the decree below was varied by decreeing the first and second of the present appellants' possession of a half share of the disputed properties on payment of Rs.'
