Held --That there being sufficient assets in the hands of the Defendant the Plaintiff was entitled to immediate payment and in default to the interest at the specified rate on the principal um up to the date of the suit. [...] 35 of the AdministratoGeneral's Act in case a creditor sues the Administrator-General in his representative capacity does not impose upon the creditor an absolute obligation to pay the costa of the suit in all cases but leaves it discretioary with the Court to relieve him of the obligation if the circumstances of the case so require. [...] of the section seems to be that the landlord call serve a notice to quit at any time in the course of the year but that he shall not eject the raiyat until the end of the year next following the year in which the notice to quit is served that is to say an under.
