As the prizes of the executive are the greatest a few and those not of the most brilliant or promising members of the service elect for the judicial branch. [...] The question on the workman's appeal was whether such accident was about the factory ? The Court of Appeal accepted the ruling of the Sheffield County Court Judge deciding that " about " meant in close propinquity to the factory and that was a question of fact in each case to be determined by the tribunal which originally determined the cause. [...] On the 2nd January 1894 after the expiry of 60 days from date of sale the Respondent appealed to the Commissioner of the Division praying for an order setting aside the sale on the ground of fraud and collusion. [...] to pay costs to the Insolvent but the order' as drawn up directed that the costs should be paid to the Insolvent's Attorney ingtead of to the Insolvent.' Heie the Defendant consented to the decree in this form that is to say that he would pay the Plaintiff's claim for costs by paying to the Attorney. [...] Mitter.to the Petitioner under the following circumstances as stated in the judgment of the High Court :— The Petitioner was a pleader of the Judge's Court of the 24-Pergunnahs.
