WE ARE GLAD TO NOTE THAT LAST FRIDAY AFTERNOON the Hon'ble the Chief Justice inspected the rooms the use of which has been allowed to the various branches of the profession in the High Court. [...] 26 of the Revenue Sale Law represent the case to the Board of Revenue and the Board may recommend to the Local Government and the Local :lament may annul the sale and cause the estate to be restored to the proprietor on such conditions as may appear equitable. [...] Then again even after sale if the Commissioner also refused to refer the case to the Board for recommendation to the Goernment for the annulment of the sale the aggrieved party must go without any remedy in law. [...] 33 of Act XI of 185$ he can bring a suit fob the annulment of the sate only on the ground of irregularity in the conduct of the sale and that too; not unless he has first preferred an appeal on the same ground to the Commissioner. [...] The Judge ought to call the attention of the jury to the material parts of the evidence and to leave them to form their own opinion Queen-Empress v. Gangia 23 Born.
