The mere fact that the purchaser was no party to the suit did not take the case out of the operation of that section. [...] As to the nature of the title registered by the Defendants it was not sufficient to show that the new company took the whole of the title of the old company. [...] Broers had used the ordinary printed form in use in the Courts of the Resident Magistrate of the Colony and omitted tO strike out the words Resident Magistrate " where they appear in the said form that he signed the record in his capcity as Deputy Administrator of Martial Law indicaing such capacity by the use of the letters D. A. M. L. That the Deputy Administrator of Martial Law impowd a [...] 483 was amended by adding the words "property within the jurisdiction " in the latter part of the section and the wording see. [...] 483 and 648 tgether it is perfectly clear that while the former applies to cases of attachment of property within the jurisdiction of the Court the latter deals with cases of attachment of property outside the local juridiction of the Court if the Court desire to attach same.
