The decvee was transferred to the Court of the ihstriet judge of Morshidabad and was transferred by that Court to the Court of the Subordinate Judge where on the application of the Appellant certain property vas attached and a date fixed for its sale. [...] no doubt as to the privilege on the first occasion that is before the witnesses were called and on the claim for the statement in the presence of the witnesses the privilege arising was well defined by Mr. [...] O‘ jections were however taken as to the realty which was of the value of about £200 as to which the matter was under the consideration of the laofficers of the Crown. [...] The application was on the part of the Dfendant for an order that the Plaintiff should prduce before the Registrar the khatta books specified in the schedule of the affidavit of documents of the Plaintiff affirmed and filed in pursuance of ail order of this Court dated 16th of June 1899 and that the Defendants his attorney and agents may be at liberty to inspect and peruse the documents a [...] The Defendant insisted on inspecting the whole of the books including the entries relating to transactions with other persons for the purpose of seeing whether the books were properly kept joand he claimed this on the ground that the Plaintiff's affidavit of documents had.disclosed the whole of the books and not particular entries in them and the Plaintiff had not claimed to seal up any portion
