[...] The power was exercisable only if the manager for the time being should fail to apply any part of the rents and profits of the mortgaged premises in a manner hereinbefore provided for the application thereof." In that event the morgagees might appoint such person as they thought fit to be Receiver of the rents and profits of the morgaged premises.
