It was only when the debtor was but secondarily liable as drawer or endorser that the delivery of the note would amount to such prim(] facie answer and cast upon the creditor the burden of accounting for the non-payment of the bill or note in a way to revive the liability of the debtor. The finding of the Civil Judge ou the fourth issue was " that Defendant was Plaintiff's agent and that he failed to give the sattas as required by the custom of the Aniraoti market."
