[...] ordinarily lie for it sometimes happens Its in the ease of a Subordinate Judge that an appeal lies both to the Court of the District Judge and to the High Court the right of appeal depending on the value of the subject-matter of the suit. [...] The Registrar would consider whether the agreed statement of facts should be rpeated at length 4. times over in' the ease of the Appellant and the case of the trustees as well as in the case of both the other sets of Respondents. [...] This loan was raised with the knowledge consent and approval of the Defendant who as the widow of the said Pokhiram had applied for letters of administration to his estate but the order authorising the Receiver to borrow on behalf of the estate was cofined to borrowifig upon the pledge of goods. [...] 15 000 was borrowed by the Receiver at the request of the Defendant for the purposes of the estate of Pokhiram and that it was applied for the benefit of that estate.
