The broker brought with him a stock-receipt in which he had previously filled in the names of the tranferees the amount of the stock and the consideration for it. [...] As to the note at the foot of the stocreceipt the evidence was that it was a counsel of perfection and that hardly any one ever accepted the transfer. [...] The Petitioners were being prosecuted for offences of dacoity and rioting before the Magistrate of Shebat:lad and the Magistrate came to the conclusion that the case of dacoity was tint made out but that there was evidence to support the charge of rioting. [...] The object of the section is to inform the parties of the grounds upon which the Magistrate is satisfied that a dispute likely to cause a breach of the peace exist That object is only attained by stating in the proceeding itelf the grounds upon which the Magistrate is salsfied and un i'y referring to some other papers to which the party receiving the notice may or may not have access. [...] Tne application was opposed by the sister and the sister's daughters of Tej Narayan and they alleged that the money deposited in the Pat Office Savings Bank did not belong to Tej Narayan but was a part of the assets left by Tej Narayan's father Ram Narayan and that they the objectors were entitled to the money under the Will of Ram Naraiu.
