The Act is entitled an Act to make better provision for ttill constitution of the Council of the Governoraen of India and the Local Government of the all Presidencies and Provinces in India and for t temporary Government of India in the event a vacancy in the office of Governor General. [...] Held—That the appeal abated so far as the heitg of Sashi Mohon was concerned immediately on the expify of the period of limitation allowed by law and therefore the application for substitution by the heirs of the deceased Respondent thetuselvel.
