We have often drawn the attention of the Government and of the Magistrates to this and they will now do well to take note of the recent debate * the House of Commons and specially of Mr. [...] We need not dilate on the advantages of having within a small compass all informations regarding the steps by which admission in England into either of the two branches of the legal profession can be seemed and the rules and regulations of the Inns of Court and the Law Society's regulations collected together in one place. [...] the letter of reference from the Sessions Judge and hearing the learned pleader in support of the reference and after reading the explanation submitted by the Sub-divisional Magistrate to the Sessions Judge we are of opinion that the order passed for the prosecution of the Petitioner under sec. [...] Plaintiff as one of the shehaits of Bimala Thakuani sued on behalf of the said deity for recovery of possession of some property on the allegation that the said property was the absolute and inalienable debutter granted to his remote ancestor for sheba and puja of the said deity and that Defendents Nos. [...] The sanad creating the prperty debutter was substantially to the following effect : I make the property debutter out of the prfits of which you as shebait would offer Bhog to the Thakurani and make Asis." In the sanad there was no rule of succession to shebaitship and the Plaintiff's family was governed by Mitakshara law.
