Crn the death of the said Mussammat Radna Nath Koeri the Respondent instituted a suit in the Court of the Subo-rdinate Judge of Hazaribagh to recover possession of the said villages from the said Choudbri Gridbari Singh contending that the term of the said lease expired on the death of C.— survivor of the said two ladies.
