IF THE EXEOUTANT OF THE DEED HAD ACCOMPANIED the son of the lady or the pleader and asked th% Registrar to register it then there would have been no question as to the validity of the registration. [...] The learned Judge directed the jury to the effect that the evidence of the witnesses for the Chown was not uniform ; some of the witnesses deposed that the accused did all he could to pull up as soon as he saw the danger while some of the Crown winesses rather thought there was not any excessive pace.
