Where the deceased had sold his share in family property to his brother who purchased with knowledge of a possible claim of the widow of the vendor for maintenance held that the property sold was in the hands of the vendee liable for the maitenance of the widow of the vendor—Rashid Karmali v Sherhanoo (29 Born. [...] of professional misconduct and further that by reason of the removal of their names from the register the Cliffords have become incapable of taking part in the management of the business. [...] I think the order is admisible as evidence of the existence of conduct which was "infamous or disgraceful in a professional respect;" the proof of which fact was essential to the validity of the order of the General Council see Harvey v. The Kinq (1901 A. C. 601 611). [...] l[e held however that the substitution did not bind the Plaintiff and remanded the case for the determination of the produce of the land in the year in respect of which the suit was brought and the share of the produce to which Plaintiff was entitled.
