[...] The learned Judge was of opinion that there was a conflict of opinion whether on the whole it would be to the interests of the club that the alteration should he made. [...] The Deputy Collector referred the case to the Civil Court The Laud Acquisition Judge held that the 1st party was the raiyat with a right of occupancy (although lie in his deposition admitted that he was an intermediate tenure-holder) and that the 2nd party was bhagida or und&raiyat andtha t the 1st party was entitled to the whole of compesation money.
