At the instance of the Council of the Law Society for ascertaining the views of the Provincial Law Societies the Associated Prvincial Law Societies have passed the folloing resolution :— That steps be at once taken by the association with a view to bring about alterations and improvments in the present unsatisfactory and inadequate system of solicitors’ remuneration in many non-cotent [...] The despatch is addressed to H. H. The Sultan and concludes in the following terms :— In the field of internal administration I am to remind Your Highness that in consonance with the traditions of British policy it has been the aim of His Majesty’s Government while working through and in the closest association with the constituted Egyptian authorities to secure individual liberty to promote th [...] Sometime back this conflict of judicial opinion might have been the ground for a serious contrversy regarding the validity of transfers in favour of minors but such a possibility has now been considerably obviated by the fact that the authorities which identified a transfer with a contract and on that ground declared minority to be a disqualification within the meaning of sec. [...] 127 of the Transfer of Property Act as well as from a comparison of the language defining the respective capacities ef a transferor and a transferee in sets. [...] The Plaintiff at Allahabad purchased from the Defendant at Bombay ; on the arrival of the goods they did not tally with the sample and the Plaintiff sued the Defe Ana for damages in the Small Cause Court cf Alianahad which held that the facts were not s-utticient to bring the cause Of action to Allahabad :.
