The full title of the Bill is “a Bill to amend the Law in regard to the Payment of rifles Damages and Costs and Imprisonment in Default of Payment thereof and for other Purposekconected therewith ” The first provision attached to the memorandum of the Bill is remarkable as proceeding almost on the same lines that suggested to ourselves while we commented on the question.
