WITH REFERENCE TO OUR REMARKS IN OUR LAST issue as regards the practice of the High Court in the matter of entertaining applications for revsion of orders passed by Subordinate Criminal Courts within the period of limitation provided for appeals or even after the expiration of t)o days from the date of the order our attention has been drawn to the following passage in the judgment of Garth C. [...] not to lean out of the windows." We cannot also accept the view of the learned Judge that the terms of the notice extended to the placing of arms on window sills. [...] The principle is stated in the following words :- If then the true principle derivable from the cases is that there must be some wrong or omission of right on the part of the agent in order to make him personally liable on a contract made in the name of his principal it \yin follow that the agent is not responsible in such a case as the present. [...] The Plaintiff-Appellant was the alleged morgagee the first and second Defendants were the reversionary heirs in respect of the property and the third Defendant was the person to whom they sold the property said to have been mortgaged after they had inherited the same by right of reversion. [...] 311 and 244 of the old Code of Civil Prcedure to have the sale set aside on the ground of non-service of salproclamation and other processes and consequent inadequacy of price also on the ground that the rent-decree in execution of which the sale took place was passed against a person named Ashgar who was dead at the date of the decree.
