One of the two acomplices was allowed to remain in Court while the other told his story and the Chairman of the Quarter Sessions gave the jury no caution as to the need of corroboration of the e)iidence of the two accomplices. [...] The fact if it be the fait that the paddy was sown by the complainant woulornot give him the property in the crop if it was sown un the land of the accused. [...] In the course of his judgment the Master of the Rolls said :- The County Court Judge had held that the nervous shock caused to the applicant by the ecitement and alarm of the accident to Haggas constituted personal injury to him caused by an accident arising " in the course of and out of his employment" which incapacitated him from working in his employment within the meaning of the Workmen's C [...] The facts stated in the petition were as follows :- The Petitioner on the 12th January 1906 istituted the suit in the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Noakhali against the Respondents for inter alia the recovery of possession of a re-formed chur which formed part of the estate above-metioned by the ejectment of the Respondents or in the event of its being held that the Respondents Nos. [...] The High Court on the 22nd February 191o held (a) That the value of the subject-matter of the suit as fixed at its institution must determine the value of the subject-matter in dispute on appeal and that therefore an actual appreciation in value of the disputed property during the pendency of the litigation cannot avail the applicant ; (b) that although the Petitioner's claim to the further accre
