The terms of the agreement between Great Britain and France ;ci to the dispute over the Savarkar case which have just been made public show that the submission to the arbitration of the Hague Court leaves all the issues of fact as well as of law open to the tribunal. [...] then that the system broke dpwii b-fore the advancing tide of Islamism which knew of no distinction between man and man but that of the believer and the unbeliever and which ied the bands of the faithful under one common banner ? The dead-weight of class ascendency destroyed all capacity for individual exertion in the masses who accepted the conqueror as soon as he displaced the reigning monarch [...] On the hearing of the appeal the Respondents took a preliminary objection that the Plaintiff was a party to the passing of the said resolution and bad himself taken new shares so that whaelm the other shareholders might do the Plaintiff could not restrain the company. [...] On the 28th August 1906 the Munsif of Gya who granted the decree-holders' decree passed an order attaching the decree in the Court of the Subordinate Judge and on the same date the decree-holders the Appellants put in an aplication in the Court of the Subordinate Judge under the provisions of sec. [...] (b) of the old Code of Civil Procedure praying that that Court would execute its own decree and would apply the sums realized by such execution at first in eischarge of their decree that is the decree of the Appellants in the Court of the Munsif of Gya and then make over the residue to the judgmendebtors in satisfaction of their own decree in the Court of the Subordinate Judge.
