The suit arose out of the prosecution of several inhabitants of Midnapur under the Explosives Act which was finally disposed of on appeal by the High Court on the 1st of June 1909 [Emperor v. Jogjiban 13 C. W. N. 861 ] The Plaintiff in this suit was one of the persons arrested in that connection on suspicion it was alleged of being implicated in the conspiracy as evidenced by the discovery of [...] The decision in the case no matter what view is taken of the findings and reasonings of the learned Judge will surely be looked upon as a vindication of the independence and impartiality of the judiciary and the purity of the administrtion of justice. [...] But when the faiths of the persons contracting the marriage differ IT SEEMS THAT THE REAL 0I3JECTiVE OF THIS the declaration has to be made in the same terms amendment is the establishment of a High Court as in British India. [...] The proposed legislation seeks to establish children's Courts in Baroda and has a scheme for the treatment of THE ONLY OTHER AMENDMENT OF THE LAW PRjuvenile offenders which seems well-adapted to posed by the Bill is that it authorises the Govethe circumstances of the country. [...] might be case were : a suit for the partition of the estate refunded to them it being the amount of a decree of Samsuddin Naskar deceased was pending in the passed against the Plaintiffs in a rent suit at the Original Side of the High Court.
