The suit arose out of the prosecution of several inhabitants of Midnapur under the Explosives Act which was finally disposed of on appeal by the High Court on the 1st of June 1909 [Emperor v. Jogjiban 13 C. W. N. 861 ] The Plaintiff in this suit was one of the persons arrested in that connection on suspicion it was alleged of being implicated in the conspiracy as evidenced by the discovery of [...] The decision in the case no matter what view is taken of the findings and reasonings of the learned Judge will surely be looked upon as a vindication of the independence and impartiality of the judiciary and the purity of the administrtion of justice. [...] might be case were : a suit for the partition of the estate refunded to them it being the amount of a decree of Samsuddin Naskar deceased was pending in the passed against the Plaintiffs in a rent suit at the Original Side of the High Court.
