[...] After the Rule was granted the °Isakil engaged in the case sent a telegram to the Petitioner's Muktear in the Court below informing him of the issue of the Rule and the order staying further proceeings. [...] The same day counsel in the cases also sent a telegram to the Muktear and on the next day a written application for adjournment on the ground of the order of the High Court was put in and the two telegrams filed but the Magitrate proceeded with the case and nearly finished the enquiry.
