The Bill should also have incorporated in it the provisions of the English Conspikacy and the Protection of Property Act of 1875 The English law further imposes a limitation that a charge of conspiracy to comit a crime cannot be tried by a Court which is not competent to try the offence in respect of which the conspiracy `is charged. [...] THE STATUTE OF 1825 WHICH TOOK ITS PLACE diu not restore the old statutes but it modfied the coercion of the working classes so far as to Legalise meetings for the sole purpose of consulting upon and determining the rate of wages provided there was nothing in the nature of molestation or obstruction of those who differed from the policy of the meeting. [...] The author displays in it a thorough grasp and an accura'e appreciation of the costitutional position of the various functionaries awl bodies which are concerned in the Goverment of‘India the position of the Secretary of State of the Legislatures the Executive and the Judiciary and finally of the Native States. [...] (I) in cases of allurement in the evil sense of allurinp with malicious intent to injure ; (2) of concealed trap ; (3) of invita ion ; and (4) of the introdution into the land to which the licence applied of something out of the normal user of the land known to the owner to he dangerous without warning the licensee. [...] On the 7th October 1912 one of the Opposite Party filed an application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate praying the Court to call upon the Petftioner to prove the truth of the charge laid and in the alternative to grant sanction under sec.
