The question of the formation of an Imperial Judicial Service on the lines we have suggested is of the foremost importance and the Public Services Commission will do well to take this question up as a matter of great urgency which cannot wait without impairing the faith of His Majesty's subject in the efficient administration of British justice. [...] The placing of the Calcutta University B. L. Examination quetions in the margin so as to give an idea of the answers to be expected should add to the usefuness of the book from the sLients' point of view. [...] In default of punctual payment at an appointed date of the instalment of purchase-money and the interest then payable or any part thereof the agreement was to be null and void all payments made under the agreement were to be absolutely forfeited to the vendor and the vendor was to be at liberty to resell the property immediately. [...] The Appelant Kilmer who was the purchaser and who had been let into possession upon payment of the first instalment on the execution of the agreement met the Company's claim by a counterclaim for specific performance and the money then due was paid into Court to the credit of the action. [...] The award declared that " the Defendant has encroached upon the Plaintiff's land to the extent stated in the plaint." The decree was made on the award.
