The Defendants resisted the granting of the injunction on the grounds that the Plaintiff might remedy the mischief caused by the obstrution by making s'ructural alterations with respect to his own building and that the injunction asked for would inflict a greater injury on the Defenants than the benefit it would confer on the Plaintiff.
