The learned Judge was careful to make it clear that the condtions were not the same as they would be in the carrying on of a business of the purpose of a wining up ; the controller was merely appointed to keep the business as a going concern during the continuance of the present state of war and until the carrying on could be resumed by the company in the ordinary way '.
