His Lordship the Chief Justice has been pleased by the following order to delegate the following duties and powers to the Registrar in insolvency of the High Court at Fort William in Bengal under the provisions of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act (III of 1909):- Under sec. [...] Some of these mauzas including Mauza Rairadi was then in the possession of khorposhdars who paid a quit-rent to the Raja and as to which the Raja had a right of reversion on the death of the incumbent for the time being. [...] With regard to these manzas it was stipulated that the ijaradars were to receive the quit-rent from the khorposhdars and on the death of the kharposhdars the right of khas possession would vest in the Raja who would be liable to pay the quit-rent to the ijaradars. [...] Hikiin G-ouri Prosad was then the khorposhdar of ikairadi and the said company took the ijara of the mauza from the said Hikiin on the 29th December 1885 and obtained khas possession of the mauza as such iaradar under the Hikiin. [...] In the meantime the estate of the Raja was taken charge of by the Deputy Commissioner of Manbhum under the Encumbered Estates Act.
