Blake Odgers for the benefit of the junior members of the Bar will be found of more than ordinary interest :- The lecturer referred especially to the duties which a barrister owes to the Court and to other barristers. [...] When going to replace the three-inch main by a four-inch one the Gas Company owing to the position of the cables had to abadon the three-inch main so far as the samwas affected by the cables and laid their new main to the east of the old main. [...] The Gas Company claimed from the Electric Company the cost of the diversion of the gas main. [...] The Court in rejecting the appeal said :- It was contended by the Appellants that the words in the clause " interest insured " refered to the insurable interest and not to the suject-matter of the insurance. [...] The order showed that " the. pleader for the OppoSite Party intimated that he had no to the permission being granted to the Petitioner to withdraw the money in deposit for the construction of a suitable building the Petitioner." After this order was made to pay out the money there was an application for rview by the Opposite Party but that was diAimed and ultimately the money was paid
