The following observations in the pages of the Law Magazine and Review for the last quarter; though made in connection with international obligation on the part of the executive authoities of one State in respect of the adjudication by the Civil Courts of another State with regard. [...] The reviewer of the statistics in the Law Magazine and Review to whom we are indebted for the figures remarks that the figures 68 116 and 67 5:30 stand to the credit or discredit of the years 1008 and :1912.'..' But it should be noted that as the liopulatioti of the country had increased during the period by about 7 000 000 the ratio of criminals rlatively to the population decreased during [...] Chief Justice delivering the Order of the Court said as follows :— The Master had found that limit the uqualified person had conducted the business of a solicitor which the solicitor professed to carry on and that the business was in fact that of Hunt. [...] The learned' County Court Jtafge in the course of his judglitect referred to the Plaitiff as having the stain of the Hun " and suggested that naturalized Germans were " the same dogs " as unnaturalized Germans " with another collar." The Plaintiff now _applied to the Divisional Court that the Judge should be made to pay the costs of the 'mandamus proceedings. [...] as a suit for rent was brought to recover damages for the use and occupation of the land for the period between the sale and the date when the decreholder actually recovered possession of the land.
