For one thing the passing of the order by the executing Court diposing of the claim case furnishes the one and only cause of action to the suit. [...] The Petitioner istituted the present suit in the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Jaunpore against the Respondent. [...] To that the Plaintiff replied that at the time of the execution of the said agreement Rajah Harihar and Shankar were Wards of the Court of Wards and that they were not competent to execute the agrement by reason of the provisions of sec. [...] The High Court repelled the Plaintiff's objection by rmarking that they had no doubt that the Court of Wards were fully aware of the said agrement and that it was only fair to assume that it had been executed with the sanction of the Court of Wards. [...] 7 of the Indian Registration Act III of 1877 the Lieutenant-Governor authorises the Sub-Regitrar of Calcutta whose office is hereby amagamated' with that of the Registrar of Calcutta to exercise and perform in addition to his own powers and duties all the duties and powers of the Registrar except those conferred upon the latter by secs.
