His Majesty King George V with the advice of His Majesty's Privy Council has elitnged the name of the Royal House of the t nited Kindom of Great Britain and Ireland from that of the House of Hanover and and Gotha to the House of Windsor. [...] and order in India but in persuading them to do their best by placing at the disposal of the Home Government the resources of India in men and materials for the success of the British arms in the battle-fields of Europe. [...] The case for the judgment-debtors then was that by these documents two of the decree-holders namely the present Petitioners before us one representing the family of Dail and the other the family of Bhowal had adjused the decree. [...] which the appeal came held relying largely ou the similarity of certain thumb itpression ; that the documents were genuine documents and did represent an adjustment of the decree entered into by the judgment-debtors on the one hand and the two Petitioners before us on the other. [...] But in this particular case having regard to the reasons advanced by the Subordinate Judge in favour of the view he took having regard also to the fact that the judgment of this Court prceeds largely on the examination by the leared.
