So few outside the narrow circle of the Bench and the leaders of the Bar really get the full benefit of the I ong Vacation which extends over nearly ten weeks. [...] On appeal by the Defendants the District Judge of IVInilna the appeal and dismissed the suit. [...] It ryas submitted on behalf of the Appellants that upon the admitted facts and findings the District: judge should have at least decreed the suit at the admitted rate and he was wholly 1\ rong in dismissing the suit ; that for the ends of justice the High Court was competent to interfere in revision and treat the memorandum of appeal as an apnlication for revision. [...] set aside the order made by the District Judge dismiZsing the suit and gave a decree to' the Plaintiffs at the admitted rate.
