[...] It ryas submitted on behalf of the Appellants that upon the admitted facts and findings the District: judge should have at least decreed the suit at the admitted rate and he was wholly 1\ rong in dismissing the suit ; that for the ends of justice the High Court was competent to interfere in revision and treat the memorandum of appeal as an apnlication for revision.
