[...] it is certainly not the intention of the Court tet make any profit out of the fiap4r-book dpaatment and if a comparison be made between the costs of engaging a number of trained typists necessary for turning out the work required and the costs of typing realised from the parties for doing that amount of work the enormity of the charge would be at once aparent. [...] 681 and the cases rferred to therein and it was decided that the provisions of sec.' 4 of the Limitation Act is applicable to the Code of Civil Procedure (1882) upon general grounds an in spite of the fact that in several cases referred to therein the provisions of the Limitation Act were not held to be applicable to suits under such a special Act as Act X of 1859 (Rent Act).
