If the Magistrate is made the head of the Police we do not see the necessity of continuirg the present office of the District Superintendents of Police. [...] Their functions may be split up and distributed amongst the Collector of the District the Board of Revenue the members of the Executive Council and the Ministers. [...] As regards the administration of law and i'.stice in the provinces we would erust the work entirely to the members of the Provincial Services. [...] The main question for the decision of the Poard was whether according to the terms of the will the wislow took an absolute estate or 6"VOL. [...] widow by the death of her husband goes at her death to the heirs of her husband and their right begins to accrue from the date of the death of the widow and not from the date of the..death of the husband.
