The significance of this is that the verdict of the country is in favour of early establishment of Swaraj or provincial autnomy and responsibility in the Central Goverment. [...] From the very nature of the constitution of the Council they will find that they cannot comand a majority in the Council without foring a coalition with the representatives of the various sections of the Indian communities and interests. [...] The.broad outlines of the decision are to the effect that the tenure in regard to which the appeal arose was a Government yhatteali that it was inalienable and that it remained so_ although the services of the yhatwal were no longer exacted. [...] One of the Appellants is a pleader and had acted for the Respondents in suits relating to the properties in dispute the other Appellant is his wife and the lower Courts held that he had bought the suit properties benami in her name and the suit was brought by the Respondents for a reconveyance. [...] There is some discrepancy in the numbering of the schedules giving the rules and regulations but on the whole the rules and regulations are correctly given.
