The Circular letter of October 1922 referred to above has also been forwarded to us for publication and is in the following terms :— The Registrar of the Privy Council desires co call the attention of practitioners in Indian Ap— peals to the fact that the Indian Courts are now adopting the system of printing the exhibits either at the end of OA record or in a separate volume each exhibit being pr [...] It will be seen that 4e order in the record of the exhibits will prbably be different from the order in the index (which should be in the order of the exhibit mark) and when the part containing the exhibits has been settled it must be re-paged at the top of each page and the new page numbers subtituted for the old page numbers in the index. [...] When no alteration is made in the arrangement of the exhibits the pages in the record numbered at the foot of the page must be numbered again at the top Of the page. [...] The Idian Courts having found the charges proved dismissed the trustee and the High Court fomulated a scheme for the management-of the trust thereby outing the prerogative of the Adhinana to nominate new troistegs. [...] The Munsif of Khulna who tried the present suit found as a fact that the said tenant Kali Charan Das one of the Defenants in this suit and who was one of the Dfendants in the sec.
