-Under-the old system the Appellant had the option to get the paper-book prepared either in the office of his vakil or in the office of the Court. [...] Under the rules of the Court the vernacular portion of the record had to be translated by the vakil for the 'Appellant and the translation had to !ie subnutted for examination by the examiner of translations. [...] Under the rules of the Court then in force -although -in cases before the High Court the Appellant could elect to have the paper-book prepared-by his vakil in cases of appeal to England; the paper-book had to be prepared in the officeof the Court by a special staff ehaployed for the purpose. [...] The donees took over the property but failed to pay the allowances and one of the step-mothers brought the suit to have the deed of gift set aside. [...] The Courts below held that as two of the judgment-debtors had -.not been made parties to the application and as no notices had been served on them within 30 days of the date of the sale and as the judgment-debtors were necessary parties to the application„under Or.
