Notice as to the days on which the Vacation Bench will sit for the hearing of motions and cases in which Vakils are engaged and as to the distribution of business will be given from time to time. [...] But iu addition it was urged that the hospital at which the man had been treated was one maintained by the local Health Committee under the Ministry of Health and the latter was always advertising for people to avail themselves of the treatment provided under conditions of absolute secrecy. [...] Counsel suggested that under r. 83 of the rules of the Privy Council 1925 the Board had power to dispense with the requirements of the rules in suitable cases and asked for leave to have the appeal set down for hearing without serving the representatives of any further dceased party.. [...] Their Lordships gave leave.to set down the appeal with liberty to the Board to make such order *at the hearing as would meet the exigencies of the case. [...] The fact of diluvion was established; but it was Contended on behalf of the Plaintiff that as all the tenants were not made parties the Defddants could not claim the benefit of sec.
