He must be schooled in eperience alike in the districts and in a junior position in the High Court so that when he reaches the end of the journey a senior judgeship the public may find him possessed of the necessary equipment and aceord him the confidence which is the maistay of a sound judicial administration. [...] All that we intened to convey was that in appointing him to the judgeship in preference to one who had been recommended by the then Chief Justice the Government of the day must have been guided by the desirability of pryiCing a Mahommedan lawyer for the High Court Bench. [...] 145 of the Code of Critniaal Procdure is one of the sections of tha Code which is frequently applied by Magistrates and the reported decisions in which the High Court have interpreted the section and pointed out the illegalities or irregularities of procdure are numerous but still the scope of the provision is often misunderstood by Magitrates who are charged with the administrtion of [...] (6) in the final order and we think that the publication of the initial order on or near about the disputed property does not afford much assistance in deciding the question whether the inal order is binding on parties only or is an order in the object of publishing the initial order in the manner laid down in the section is to inform all concerned that a proceeding under sec.
